Anoka Technical College and Anoka-Ramsey Community College shall follow the hiring and appointment practices as outlined in Minnesota State Board policies, Minnesota Management and Budget policies, all applicable collective bargaining agreement language, and all local, state, federal rules/laws/regulations.
