Orientation

Orientation is required for every new, accepted student. At orientation you will learn about campus resources, campus technology, receive academic advising and register for classes.

New Student Orientation

We look forward to welcoming you to the college and sharing details with you about being a student at Anoka Technical College. Before you can register for classes for the first time new students must:

  • Be accepted to the college.
  • Complete either the Accuplacer exam or submit a copy of current ACT, MCA or SAT scores to meet Anoka Tech’s placement requirements.
  • Complete orientation.

During the online orientation you will learn about campus resources, campus technology, receive academic advising and register for classes.

Accessing Orientation

Students who are accepted into their program will receive directions to complete online orientation from Enrollment Services. Check your email for more information and directions to complete online orientation.

Transfer Students

Transfer students are not required to attend in-person orientation.

Once accepted as a student at Anoka Tech, transfer students receive instructions necessary to access detailed orientation information. Review of the information must be completed to facilitate registration for courses.
